Catholic Marriage Preparation Online

Catholic Marriage Preparation Online is a Marriage Preparation program used in the Diocese of Colorado Springs. The online classes made this program available all around the world, in English, Spanish and French.

The best form of marriage preparation is personal contact between you, other engaged couples, and clergy/marriage preparation team. Sometimes, however, circumstances arise in which couples cannot attend a marriage preparation program together because of distance (living in separate states or countries, for example), or schedules (one or both parties are in the military, a healthcare field with hours incompatible with most marriage prep programs, or other work/school schedules that do not permit program attendance). In these cases it may be possible to participate in an online program such as Catholic Marriage Preparation Online. The Family Life Office considers the online program an acceptable form of marriage preparation in extenuating circumstances such as those listed above, and with the permission of the priest preparing the couple for marriage.

God's Plan for a Joy Filled Marriage
God's Plan for a Joy-Filled Marriage is a marriage preparation supplement that offers engaged couples a rich understanding of God's glorious plan for marriage and human sexuality.

Based on Pope John Paul II's Theology of the Body, this supplement is not a replacement to current diocesan or parish programs. It is intended to enhance a key component of marriage preparation: catechesis in the theology of marriage and the gift of human sexuality. God's Plan for a Joy-Filled Marriage can be implemented as a one-day seminar, or over multiple evenings.
