Family Service Centers are the first point of contact for individuals, families, and parishes when they seek assistance from Catholic Social Services. Divine Providence Village also operates an Adult Training Facility, a Work Activity Center and a community employment program for residents, as well as individuals residing in the community.

Community Programs provide recreational, educational, social and spiritual enrichment programming for adults with developmental disabilities in community settings. By maintaining family unification, the In-Home Support Program provides assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their home setting. Life Sharing Through Family Living encompasses a family based service model providing long-term personal care and individual training to 50 developmentally disabled persons of all ages and functioning levels. Day Program Services provide both habilitation and vocational services for adults living within divisional residential programs as well as the community. Community-based employment and volunteer opportunities are also key components. Work Activity Centers and Adult Training Facilities are operated under the auspices of both Don Guanella and Divine Providence Village.
