Family Service Centers are the first point of contact for individuals, families, and parishes when they seek assistance from Catholic Social Services. Community Programs provide recreational, educational, social and spiritual enrichment programming for adults with developmental disabilities in community settings. By maintaining family unification, the In-Home Support Program provides assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their home setting, Life Sharing Through Family Living encompasses a family based service model providing long-term personal care and individual training to 50 developmentally disabled persons of all ages and functioning levels.
