The mission of BLOCS is to enlist financial support for the continuance and long-term benefit of the Catholic elementary, secondary and special education schools of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. BLOCS is led by Chairman David F. Girard-diCarlo, Esquire, managing partner of Blank, Rome, Comisky & McCauley. Entertainment will be provided by the All-Catholic Jazz Ensemble.

Last year's funding from BLOCS helped over 1,300 students, in the form of tuition assistance and special projects.
