Franciscan Sister of Mary Antona Ebo, a civil rights pioneer from the Archdiocese of St. Louis, will be the guest speaker. The theme of this year's prayer service is "Remember! Celebrate! Act! A Day On, Not a Day Off!"

The prayer service is sponsored by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia's Office for Black Catholics and the Office for Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs.
