Anthony Cardinal Bevilacqua, Archbishop of Philadelphia, will celebrate a mass honoring altar servers from Delaware County, Chester County, and Philadelphia-South Vicariates.

Almost 1100 altar servers are expected to attend the Mass. One altar server from each parish will receive a special honor from Cardinal Bevilacqua. Music will be provided by a children's choir made up of young parishioners from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Morton, PA and St. Dennis Parish in Havertown, PA. They will be joined by members of the men's choir at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish.

Children who are altar servers also will be the readers for the Mass and take part in the offertory procession.
