A Mass and Installation Ceremony for the new officers of the Community Service Corps for 1999-2000 will be held on
1:15 p.m.
Cathedral Chapel
(adjacent to the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul)
18th and Benjamin Franklin Parkway
Philadelphia
Monsignor Philip J. Cribben, Secretary for Catholic Education will be the celebrant and Rev. Thomas Higgins, Director of the Office for Youth and Young Adults will be the homilist.
The Community Service Corps (CSC) of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia is an organization that provides a way for students to become involved with their communities and provide services to children, the disabled, the elderly, the poor and the disadvantaged. Thousands of students work together to build a better community and develop a spirit of Christian community.
The four students being installed at the Archdiocesan level are:
President - Brian Levesque, a student of St. John Neumann High School
Vice President - Bernard Boccella, a student of Roman Catholic High School
Vice President of Leadership Development - Achilles Inverso, a student of St. John Neumann High School
Vice President of Communications - Brian DeSalme, a student of Roman Catholic High School
