A native of the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia, his most recent assignment was deacon at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parish in North Wales, Montgomery County. He attended Saint Dominic and All Saints School (now Pope John Paul II Regional Catholic School), Northeast Catholic High School for Boys, and DeSales University (formerly Allentown College of Saint Francis DeSales) before entering Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood.

The homilist is Reverend Shaun L. Mahoney. The deacons are Rev. Mr. Daniel M. Kredensor and Rev. Mr. W. Patrick Resen. Concelebrants include Reverend Robert T. Feeney, Reverend Monsignor Philip C. Ricci, Reverend Edward P. Burke, Reverend Andrew D. McCormick, Reverend Joseph F. Gleason and Reverend Shaun L. Mahoney.

There are seven men in the Class of 2007. At the end of May, each of the newly ordained priests will be assigned to a parish in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia where they will serve as parochial vicars. A parochial vicar is a priest appointed by the Cardinal to assist the pastor of a parish.
